■1 『ライド・オン・Rails』

moriqさんとブーンの共著は副題?に「The Definitive Guide to Ruby on Rails」と謳うだけあって、現時点ではDefinitiveっぽい目次。「日本語の扱い」が付録ではなく本文で1章割かれているのは頼もしいし、「さらなる応用」の章には「Rindaでキューイング」という項目や「Rindaでキューイング」という項目や「Rindaでキューイング」という項目がある。act_as_taggableとかMongrelもフォローしてる模様。ヽ( ・∀・)ノくまくまーの中の人の書籍とポジション的に競合するのかしらん。

サインして欲しいからブーンはXP祭り2006(関東のやつ)に出席するように。

■2 世界に(まだ)1冊しかない(と思う)かずひこさんのサイン入り『はじめよう Ruby on Rails』

(たぶん)フラゲ。Amazonに書影がまだないな……。こちらは高橋さんと鈴木さんによるペアプロ(!!)とTDDでストーリーカードがタスクカードな「開発実況中継」をメインに、「開発の手引き」と付録で各トピックをフォロー。オビには「Ruby on Railsを使ったアジャイル開発を実況中継でお届けします」とある。読んでるとイロイロ想像がふくらみそうで、楽しみ。あと、薄いのが嬉しい。

タスクカードの例が、私が普段つかってるようなタスクカードに比べてかなりフォーマルなのが印象的。バーンダウンチャート脳の恐怖にさらされると、こんなに項目は要らなくなると思う。(TODO:あとでタスクカードの写真を貼る)
